How is Mental Health important to you: I realized that I am way happier, healthier, and more productive and resilient when I take care of my mental health. Therefore, I want to help other students understand the importance of mental health and how to promote it and feel comfortable reaching out for help when needed.
Favorite activity to improve Mental Health: I love doing Yoga! It makes me happy and helps me manage my stress and anxiety.

Mental health is important to me because it impacts so many different aspects of your life. Being able to help rid the stigma through working on this podcast not only helps others, but myself and my struggles.

Personally, I have strived to break the stigma around mental health, especially in my parent's home country of India. I take pride in being able to speak openly about my own mental health, and I hope to offer the same opportunity to others.

Mental health is something that we all should take good care of because it gives me the foundation to achieve all other goals in my college life. A stable mental health provides me with the motivation to do everything I desired.

Mental health is a critical component of our overall health! If our minds aren't healthy it affects every aspect of our lives. I believe it's important get rid of the stigma around mental health and give people tools to improve their overall wellbeing!

Keeping a positive mental health drives my days to be productive, grateful, and peaceful. I try to check in with how I am doing mentally, especially during challenging times in my life, because my mindset is half the battle.

I love to take a day to watch my comfort show, Gilmore Girls, and do a self-care day to clear my head and truly decompress!
